<p><strong>测试需求</strong></p>



<p>根据客户提供的测试需求，利用线光谱共焦传感器对样品点胶位置进行扫描，通过2D图像以及3D点云图进行样品特定位置高度信息的测量。</p>



<p><strong>检测原理</strong></p>



<p>光谱共焦测量通过使用特殊透镜，延长不同颜色光的焦点光晕范围，形成特殊放大色差，使其根据不同的被测物体到透镜的距离，会对应一个精确波长的光聚焦到被测物体上。通过测量反射光的波长，就可以得到被测物体到透镜的精确距离。</p>



<p>反射光的光强不会影响测量结果。这意味着，无论有多少反射光从被测物体反射回来，测量的距离结果可能是不变的。因为反射光的光强仅仅取决于反射物体的反光程度。因此，采用海伯森的3D线光谱共焦传感器，即使被测物体是强吸光材料，如黑色橡胶；或者是透明材料，如玻璃或者液体，都可以进行正常可靠的测量。</p>

<li><strong>保障产品质量，符合生产标准</strong><br>划痕是玻璃生产或加工过程中常见的瑕疵（如切割、搬运、打磨时操作不当可能产生）。检测划痕是判断玻璃是否符合出厂质量标准的重要环节，避免不合格产品流入市场。<br>对于有明确质量等级要求的场景（如建筑玻璃的平整度标准、日用品玻璃的外观标准），划痕的数量、深度、长度等指标是划分产品等级的关键依据。</li>



<li><strong>评估玻璃的结构完整性和耐用性</strong><br>表面划痕可能成为应力集中点，尤其是较深的划痕，会降低玻璃的抗冲击性和抗弯曲强度，在后续使用中（如受温度变化、外力碰撞时）可能从划痕处开裂，影响使用寿命。<br>通过检测划痕的深度和分布，可预判玻璃的潜在破损风险，避免因隐性损伤导致使用中发生安全事故（如建筑玻璃碎裂、器皿玻璃炸裂）。</li>

<p>Automated Guided Vehicle简称AGV，通常也称为AGV小车，指装备有电磁或光学等自动导引装置，能够沿规定的导引路径行驶，具有安全保护以及各种移载功能的运输车，工业应用中不需驾驶员的搬运车，目前广泛应用于智慧工厂及智能仓库。</p>



<p>AGV实现避障与导航的必要条件是环境感知，在未知或者是部分未知的环境下避障需要通过传感器获取周围环境信息，包括障碍物的尺寸、形状和位置等信息，因此传感器技术在移动机器人避障中起着十分重要的作用。</p>



<p>AGV避障：海伯森技术自主研发的面阵固态激光雷达，集成了精密的红外镜头和专业的数学算法，通过一次拍摄即可生成3D点云数据并通过高速通讯接口进行实时传输，而较大的视场角和分辨率也便于清晰准确的识别前方障碍物，实现AGV精准避障。</p>

<p>地感线圈是早期采用的方案，技术稳定，价格低。不过，缺点也是很明显：对路面破坏严重，施工难度大，后期维护难度也高。无线地磁检测安装则简单的多，也避免了大面积破坏道路，施工成本低，但也提高了成本、而且响应时间和精度也低于地感线圈。微波雷达主要用于高速公路的检测，可以检测到速度、距离，但无法有效检测到停车。摄像头检测可以检测出车辆的速度、进去情况，但缺点是受光线影响。</p>

<p>综上可以看出，任何一种技术都有技术上的短板。如果要实现高准确率，低施工和维护成本。需要考虑增加辅助检测。比如，针对摄像头在暗光环境下准确率低、有盲区的弊端，增加辅助定位传感器。</p>



<p>那么，作为辅助的激光传感器需要具备以下几点</p>



<p>1. 测量精度高，达到厘米级别的检测精度</p>



<p>2. 体积小，易于安装和维护</p>



<p>3. 同时，作为辅助设备，成本不能过高。</p>

<p>随着SLAM技术的逐渐成熟，AGV机器人的定位导航也变得更加精准。所谓SLAM（Simultaneous Localization and Mapping），即同步定位与地图构建，最早提出于机器人领域。 它指的是，机器人从未知环境的未知地点出发，在运动过程中通过重复观测到的环境特征定位自身位置和姿态，再根据自身位置构建周围环境的增量式地图，从而达到同时定位和地图构建的目的。</p>



<p>由于SLAM的重要学术价值和应用价值，一直以来都被认为是实现全自主移动机器人的关键技术。 目前主流的SLAM技术有两种，一种是视觉SLAM，一种是基于激光雷达的SLAM（Lidar SLAM），通常采用2D或3D激光雷达。激光雷达作为AGV机器人的眼睛，获取目的距离、方位、速度等数据，为导航、避撞、停车等动作提供基础数据。 而目前主流的2D LiDAR只能扫描一个平面，采集数据相对单一，AGV机器人只能在相对简单的场所运行，或者说用多个2D LiDAR集成来获取更多平面的数据以适应更复杂的环境。而3D LiDAR就相当多个2D LiDAR的集成，一台仪器多线测量获取多层面的数据，可以给AGV机器人提供更全面的测量数据。从而实现在导航避障等领域的全面应用。</p>

<p>根据我国交通运输部新修订的《收费公路车辆通行费车型分类》规定， 2020 年1 月1 日起将进一步统一、规范和完善全国收费公路车型分类，实现不停车快捷收费。因此，车型识别的重要性和准确性再一次被提上日程。</p>



<p><strong>1. 车型识别应用技术解析</strong></p>



<p>依据JT/T489-2019《中华人民共和国交通行业标准》， 收费公路车辆通行费车型分别按客车、货车和专项作业车三个系列分类， 主要是依靠车长和车轴两项关键参数实现分车。</p>



<p>目前， 应用在车型识别的技术十分广泛， 主要检测车型模块有： 摄像头、光幕、单线扫描激光雷达、固态面阵激光雷达以及单点测量激光雷达。各个技术方案所能实现的功能有限，具体实现功能如下表所示。</p>

<p>整个激光雷达车型检测系统分为两部分， 如上图</p>



<p>A 部分：&nbsp;激光雷达车型识别模组。通过安装结构件， 将两个HPS-167U-L（ 或型号HPS-167U） 激光雷达固定成40° -50° 夹角，一个垂直向下，一个倾斜向下。可直接将整个模组通过安装孔安装于收费站顶、天桥下或红绿灯杆下， 通过数据线接入主系统。这部分是识别车型的主要模块。</p>



<p>B 部分：&nbsp;车轴识别模组（ 辅助车型识别， 结果更加准确）&nbsp;。由一个HPS-167U-L 激光雷达及一个安装结构件组成， 安装于收费站路边， 用于车轴统计。这部分是作为车型识别方案的功能补足模块， 客户可根据自身需求选择性安装。</p>



<p><strong>2. 激光雷达车型识别系统介绍</strong></p>



<p>基于海伯森激光雷达技术的车型识别系统， 通过采集车长、车高、车轴等关键参数， 开发出自动匹配出车型信息，辅助收费决策。系统包含：激光雷达测距模块+控制模块+工装模块这三大模块，系统可根据客户的要求， 进行定制开发。</p>



<p><strong>3</strong><strong>. 车型识别系统使用方法</strong></p>



<p>将系统安装在龙门架上后， 车高信息可由垂直方向安装的激光雷达直接测量获取， 然后通过车辆在触发两个激光雷达的时间差， 可计算得出车速。最后结合垂直雷达测量的数据可还原车辆的轮廓信息。检测流程图如下：</p>

<p>通过神经网络算法完成车型识别工作， 将<strong>原</strong><strong>始数据进行匹配识</strong><strong>别</strong>。原始数据形态如下图所示：</p>

<p>识别检测完成后， 主控板通过数据线将检测结果直接传输至客户主控系统。传输内容包括车型、车高、车长、车速及车型数量等数据。</p>



<p>安装HYPERSEN 车型识别上位机， 可以进行接收、显示、保存数据、保存调试信息、复位工装等操作。</p>

<p>激光雷达限高智能防撞系统，可以高效规避意外发生，夜间检测效果良好，在雾、雨、雪等天气条件下性能稳定，安装维护简便。</p>



<p>激光雷达限高智能防撞系统以激光雷达为核心传感器，可对进入检测区域的车辆提前进行预判是否超高。当激光雷达检测到超高车辆通过的信息，可即时触发相应的限高警告设备，让超高车辆的司机及时获得预警提示，避免惨痛意外的发生。</p>



<p><strong>1.安全升级,防范于未然</strong></p>



<p>传统的限高杆只考虑如何死死地卡住超高车辆，没有考虑司乘的生命安全，一旦遇到雨雾天气人眼无法判断或者车速过快来不及判断的情况，极易发生车辆撞到限高杆上的事故。针对高速公路入口、桥梁、隧道、涵洞与一些特殊路段的限高提出智能防撞解决方案，通过激光雷达的敏锐探测功能，对即将通过的超高车辆提前进行声光警告，有效方便引导车辆。</p>



<p><strong>场景一：</strong></p>



<p>选用海伯森自主研发的激光雷达。如下图所示，激光雷达可根据场景特点直接架设于定点限高（具体距离根据当前路段的车速选择）处的门架（图1）或侧方的立杆（图2）上，激光雷达垂直安装，当车辆通过门架的时候，即可准确检测出车辆的高度。该方案可实时输出车辆的准确高度，且可以同时管控多个车道。</p>

<p>激光雷达可根据场景特点直接架设于限高点处的门架或侧方的立杆上。激光雷达水平安装，当车辆通过门架的时候，即可准确检测出车辆的高度，还可灵活设置探测区域以适应复杂场景的需求，安装简便、灵活性高。</p>

<p>无人机降落辅助是无人机所具有的一项功能，可以检测无人机底部与着陆区域的距离，判定着陆点是否安全，然后缓慢下降到着陆区域。尽管GPS监测、气压传感和其他传感技术有助于着陆过程，但在这个过程中，传感器是无人机的主要和最准确的判断依据。</p>



<p>海伯森技术自主研发的单点ToF测距传感器，轻至6.8g，可灵活的集成于无人机内；同时配有优化设计的发射和接收光学镜头，内置先进的滤波和数据处理算法，测量距离可达40m，且精度高。</p>
