<p>随着光伏行业向高效化、小型化升级，锡球已逐渐成为光伏组件核心连接部件的关键耗材，相较于传统光伏焊带的简易连接方式，光伏专用锡球主要应用于光伏电池片电极连接、汇流箱端子封装等场景，其生产工序在传统锡球熔锡、制球、筛选、清洗的基础上，新增了光伏专用抗氧化处理、耐高低温改性等工序，以适配光伏组件户外长期工作的严苛环境。在光伏锡球的制球与改性工序中，由于温度控制不均、模具精度不足、抗氧化涂层涂抹不均等问题，锡球可能存在尺寸偏差、球形度不达标、表面凹陷或氧化层破损等不良；若将不合格锡球应用于光伏组件，会导致电池片之间连接松动、导电性下降，增加组件电阻损耗，严重时会引发虚焊、脱焊，影响光伏组件的发电效率和使用寿命，甚至导致组件报废。因此需要对光伏行业专用锡球的关键参数进行精准测量，确保其尺寸、球形度、表面平整度及抗氧化层完整性等指标在公差带范围内，契合光伏行业高可靠性、长寿命的应用需求。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. 反光与表面涂层干扰</h3>

<p>光学板的轮廓（如尺寸、平整度、弯曲度、边缘角度等）直接影响其在设备中的装配精度和功能实现：</p>



<p>结构适配性：在精密光学系统（如镜头模组、投影仪光路）中，光学板的轮廓尺寸需与其他部件严格匹配，若轮廓偏差过大（如厚度不均、边缘不平整），会导致装配间隙超标、光路偏移，甚至无法正常安装。</p>



<p>光学性能稳定性：部分光学板（如导光板、棱镜）的轮廓设计直接决定光线的折射、反射路径，轮廓精度不足会导致光路紊乱（如显示设备亮度不均、光学仪器成像模糊），检测轮廓可确保其符合光学设计参数。</p>

<p>用LCX1000扫描光学板上表面图像可以清晰得到凹槽的轮廓，凹槽的深度、宽度可用我们客户端手动截取简单计算（因手动划取区域宽度信息定义没那么标准），凹槽的弧度可用其他视觉软件进行处理计算。同时光学板上的瑕疵清晰可见，所以亦可检测其瑕疵缺陷。</p>

<p>精密玻璃制造涉及行业广泛，市场需求迅速扩张下，除了批量生产的供应需求上涨，对产品生产质量也提出了更高的要求。</p>

<p>● 测试方案：线光谱扫描样品两面，样品载物平台需与传感头保持相对平行。</p>

<p>● 检测结果：3D线光谱可以清晰扫描出样品表面细微的划痕、缺失、异物等；测量中，电机可以达到的最大速度为12.4mm/s。</p>
