<p>1. 经过测量，圆形样品的镀膜厚度为0.0156mm，长形样品的宽边镀膜厚度为0.018mm，窄边镀膜厚度为0.0248mm2.在实际测量中建议使用伺服控制载物移动平台，可以减小因测量轨迹变化和样品本身的翘曲度带来的测量误差</p>

<p>工业生产的薄膜，其厚度是一个重要的参数。随着科技的进步和精密仪器的应用，薄膜厚度的测量方法有很多，按照测量的方式分可以分为两类：直接测量和间接测量。</p>



<p>使用光谱共焦传感器，利用光学的方法，非接触式地测量薄膜的厚度。在检测过程中，白光可以直接穿透，取两个波峰顶点的中间段的值，即为薄膜的厚度。</p>

<p>蓝宝石玻璃(SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL)一般是指人工合成的蓝宝石，与人们平常理解的珠宝——天然蓝宝石有着很大的区别，一般用于腕表镜面的制造。</p>



<p>蓝宝石玻璃/红宝石玻璃有着很好的热特性，极好的电气特性和介电特性，并且防化学腐蚀，它耐高温，导热好，硬度高，透红外，化学稳定性好。因此常用它来代替其它光学材料制作光学元件、透红外线光学窗片，并被广泛地应用于红外及远红外军用装备方面，如：应用于夜视红外和远红外瞄准镜、夜视摄像机等仪器和卫星、空间技术的仪器仪表中以及用作高功率激光器的窗口、各种光学棱镜、光学窗口、UV和IR窗口及透镜、低温实验的观察口，在航海航天航空用高精密仪器仪表等方面得到充分应用。</p>

<p>在目前可用的光学薄膜材料中，氟化镁（MgF2）的折射率大概最小，只为1.38，利用氟化镁镀膜可以使光的反射率由4％降至1.8％，也就同时增加了透射比，当然为了提高透射率，也还可以采用多层镀膜来增透，那就是在玻璃内外双侧都镀膜。 尤其是玻璃直径比较大和有弧度的手表，更需要去增加镀膜处理，镀膜并不能完全消除反光，只能减少。</p>



<p>1.&nbsp; &nbsp;镜片有一定的弧度，希望通过扫描了解弧度的大小，检验是否合格。</p>



<p>2.&nbsp; &nbsp;镜片的厚度5um-3400um，主要是中心点的厚度，主要的关键难点：找到中心点。</p>

<p>牙规和螺纹的牙深及高度测量时，由于牙间距之间存在较大倾角，普通激光位移传感器因反射夹角限制，几乎没有反射值，而基于同轴光的光谱共聚焦传感器可以很好的解决这一问题，通过传感器扫描，一次可以准确的测出螺纹的轮廓。</p>



<p>锯齿形螺纹以下参数需要测量</p>



<p>大径是外螺纹牙顶或内螺纹牙底相重合的假想圆柱面直径，也称公称直径</p>



<p>小径是与外螺纹牙底或内螺纹牙顶相重合的假想圆柱面直径</p>



<p>中径是在大径与小径之间其母线上牙型的凸起和沟槽宽度相等的假想圆柱面的直径。它是控制螺纹精度的主要参数之一。</p>



<p>线数 ：在同一圆（锥）柱面上车制螺纹的条数，称为螺纹线数，用n表示。螺纹有单线和多线之分。沿一条螺旋线形成的螺纹称为单线螺纹；沿两条或者两条以上，且在轴向等距分布的螺旋线所形成的螺纹成为多线螺纹。</p>



<p>导程和螺距：导程指同一条螺旋线上相邻两牙在中径线上对应两点间的轴向距离，称为螺距，用P表示。同一条螺旋线上的相邻两牙中径线上对应两点间的轴向距离，成为导程，用s表示。对于单线螺纹，导程和螺距相等</p>



<p>旋向：螺纹的旋向有左旋和右旋之分。顺时针旋转时旋入得螺纹是右旋螺纹；逆时针旋转时旋入的螺纹是左旋螺纹</p>

<p>螺纹的坡面斜度大于50°，可以很清楚看到螺纹的截面形貌。</p>



<p>面对这样的倾角，需要用到一款角度特性极佳的光谱共焦探头。本次检测使用的是海伯森HPS-CFL036传感头，最大安装倾角可达±35.23°，静态重复精度可达0.05um，广泛应用于大角度产品检测与精密测量。</p>

<p>目前视觉检测技术在工业自动化生产中得到了大规模的推广和发展，然而传统的视觉检测技术多用于尺寸检测，特别是在五金件，紧固件领域。 时至今日，尺寸检测已经不能满足视觉检测的要求了，越来越多的客户要求对产品进行表面缺陷检测。 下面我们就来分析分析橡胶件表面缺陷检测设备存在的问题以及解决办法。</p>



<p>橡胶件检测按照不同的分类标可以分出很多种类：比如按产品外形可以分为规则的产品的表面缺陷检测及不规则产品的表面缺陷检测，按检测要求可以分为全部检测的和部分缺陷检测的等等。虽然可以分为很多种类，但从总体上说，表面缺陷检测目前存在的主要问题也就是以下几点：</p>



<p><strong>产品弧面，柱面的检测</strong>。橡胶件检测由于不同的人对于缺陷的界定是不一样的，即使是同一个人在不同的光照条件下对于同一个缺陷品的认定也是不一致的，所以很难用具体的量来量化，而弧面，柱面的检测就更是问题，由于相机，镜头本身因素的影响，很难把弧面上不同位置的缺陷同时检测出来。 这是可能有人会说可以把产品转动起来， 是的，但这样又会影响到检测速度，而速度又是客户很在意的一个考察设备可行性的重要指标 。</p>



<p><strong>橡胶件产品内壁，内孔检测。</strong>&nbsp;由于镜头自身的特性，视觉检测很难用于检测产品内部的缺陷，特别是一些细而长的零件内部缺陷。有难度不等于不能解决，瑞科经过长期的实验研究，目前在无油轴承内壁检测，滚针轴承内部滚针检测，螺丝内部螺纹缺陷检测等方面都取得了较大的进步。</p>



<p>橡胶件检测主要存在三个问题，一个是大部分的橡胶件都是黑色的，黑色容易吸光，在视觉检测上就不容易打光导致部分缺陷会漏检;第二点是因为橡胶件大部分都是不规则的，这对于表面缺陷检测就很难了; 其次，橡胶件由于本身的特点，很多时候不拉伸很难发现内部的裂纹及颗粒。 以上三点决定了橡胶件检测的难度， 这也是为什么目前使用视觉对橡胶件进行检测的项目有限的原因， 目前橡胶件检测还是我们整个行业的难点。</p>

<p>桌面式点胶机在很多工业生产流水线中广泛应用，那么如果我们在使用过程中遇到故障时要怎么检查和维护呢？</p>



<p>问题1：回原点不正常</p>



<p>出现回原点不正常时我们要检查以下三点：一是传感器可能没有检测到信号，如在回原点时看传感器指示灯是否有亮，这个只要调整位置使其能感应到信号及检查传感器线头有否脱落就好，二是驱动器指示灯是否亮，检查下整流板保险丝是否出现问题，最后一点是触摸屏左下方是否一直显示回原点，这时可能时参数设置中的XY点速度太小或者时驱动器烧毁了。</p>



<p>问题2：不出胶</p>



<p>不出胶我们首先要检查点胶器是否打开（在参数设置里查看）二是气压是否正常？还有程序设定是否正确（设置点胶时间，修正程序），如果前面三个都没问题最后检查下针筒是不是被堵住了，试配器是否正常</p>



<p>问题3：电机不转</p>



<p>机电不转无非就是三个原因1.?程序是否正常 2.?电机是否发烫严重 3.?检查电机线是否脱落?若是机器发烫严重建议关电源反馈给生产商。</p>



<p>问题4：出胶量大或小</p>



<p>出胶量太大或者太小的时候第一个要检查下气压是不是正常，程序设定是不是正确的，胶量、涂胶厚度、涂胶速度、点胶时间和停胶时间都是可以通过参数设定的，还有两个针头是不是在一个高度？</p>



<p>问题5：点胶位置偏</p>



<p>正常来说，桌面式点胶机的点胶定位精度高达0.01 mm。如果出现点胶位置偏了，那么我们去检查一下对针位置是不是正确的，然后就是程序设定时有没有问题。</p>



<p><strong>海伯森HPS-LCB02激光对针传感器</strong>可实现自动标定，其核心是中心搜索算法。通过两条对射光路构成一个二维坐标体系XY。机器人引导待校准物在激光对针传感器的中心附近搜索，接着引导待校准物沿Y方向从右往左移动，当待校准物第一次接触到激光束时，记为Y1，当待校准物刚离开时的位置记为Y2,Y方向的中心位置即为（Y1+Y2）/2的坐标，同理可找X轴的中心位置，为（X1+X2）/2，如下图所示。两者结合从而找到了中心零点。</p>

<p>在这个高科技发展的时代，自动化设备的应用范围也在不断的扩大，客户的需求也是多种多样化，而生厂商为了满足客户各大需求，也研发生产了不同功能种类的灌胶机，为了更好分辨灌胶机，一般分为三类：全自动灌胶机、自动灌胶机、半自动灌胶。</p>



<p><strong>半自动灌胶机</strong>：我们又把它称为是三轴平台运动，该设备不带机械手但配有脚踏开关，产品灌完一个拿走一个，非常适合流水线上使用，需要人工将灌完的产品搬到下一个流水线工序上。</p>



<p><strong>自动灌胶机</strong>相比半自动灌胶机只是多了一个机械手，三维路径，使用自动灌胶机需要卡板，把物品摆放整齐放到平台上，它是不需要人工操作的，节省了时间，提高了工作效率。但是由于Z轴高度会有限制，所以更加适合体积比较小的产品，大体积产品的话就操作不了，这一点应该算是致命缺点了，比较有局限性。</p>



<p><strong>全自动灌胶机</strong>：全自动灌胶机，功能强大，它会自动完成上下料等工作，至于自动灌胶那当然是它的基本操作了，在效率方面远远超过了自动和半自动，一次可节省很多员工，唯一的缺点那就是价格贵，如果是比较注重高效率的公司工厂可以选择全自动灌胶机。节省人力物力，不浪费资源。</p>

<p>开发有效的自动缺陷检测技术对查明有缺陷的零件非常重要，从而提升产品质量。例如金属螺钉的表面缺陷检测，目前，大多数螺丝生产厂家都是通过抽样来进行质量控制，螺丝样品是用卡尺或光放大器测量的。对于全检要求的螺丝，需要大量的人力进行人工检测。对大批量生产的小螺丝进行人工检测既费时又费力。</p>



<p>近来，在表面缺陷检测领域机器视觉的地位迅速提升，但传统的图像识别方法对光照条件要求高，适应性较差。不同条件下采集的表面缺陷图像难以满足识别要求，此外，传统的图像检测方法主要通过密集的图像预处理来获取图像特征。但是，螺钉表面缺陷可能非常小，导致特征不清晰可见。传统方法难以准确识别螺钉表面缺陷。</p>
